Any warranty service application that cannot be submitted through the original purchase channel should be submitted directly to the COOLLEO support team (Document: Create Document).
If you are applying for warranty service through COOLLEO, you will need to submit valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), product photos, product serial number photos, and a detailed description of the problem. How do I find the serial number?
COOLLEO does not offer any form of refund to channel users. Products returned through authorized resellers must comply with the respective return and refund policies of the authorized resellers.
Returns
If you need to return a product for replacement or repair, please ensure you obtain an RMA tracking number or written confirmation email from the COOLLEO team. If a product is returned without confirmation, COOLLEO will refuse it and return it to the sender. The sender will bear the shipping costs.
We have multiple RMA (Return Authorization) receiving locations worldwide. We will provide a receiving address in your confirmation notification. Simply send the product to be RMA'd to this address; this will be your product return address, and any change to the return address must be approved by COOLLEO. Packages received at unauthorized locations will be refused and returned to the sender, with shipping costs borne by the sender.
Please use packaging materials that provide sufficient protection for the product; all packages with external damage will be refused and returned to the sender. The sender will bear the shipping costs.
COOLLEO will conduct a visual inspection of the package before receiving it to ensure there is no visible damage during transit that could affect the product's return. COOLLEO is not responsible for any damage during transit to the RMA receiving location.

Warranty Period
COOLLEO does not guarantee that this product will meet your specific requirements; it is your responsibility to determine whether the product is suitable for your application.
COOLLEO guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase.
The product you purchased will function normally in the intended working environment during the warranty period, according to the technical parameters specified in the datasheet.
For any product that does not conform to the published specifications, liability and remedies will be determined solely at COOLLEO's discretion; the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by COOLLEO. The warranty is contingent upon the product being returned to the original place of purchase or to another location designated by COOLLEO with proof of original purchase. You may be required to pay for shipping and handling fees, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other charges. COOLLEO will determine whether to repair the product or provide a new one based on applicable technical standards.
Claims for missing or damaged parts made more than two weeks after the invoice date will not be considered manufacturing negligence or defects.
Repaired or replaced products will be subject to the remaining time of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days (whichever is longer). If a product becomes obsolete or is discontinued, COOLLEO will, at its sole discretion, replace it with a similar product.
